Heavenly Photographs of Dubai Skyscrapers in a Sea of Clouds

Dubai-based photographer Daniel Cheong takes wonderfully ethereal photos of Dubai’s skyscrapers emerging from thick layers of fog. Cheong captures the fog–a rare weather phenomenon in Dubai–from one of four incredibly tall buildings in the city, including the world’s tallest, the Burj Khalifa. The final images are often HDR composites in which multiple exposures are digitally combined into one image.
